  Not a pleasant experience... I went to collect a couple of parcels which I had asked the eBay seller to deliver to Sainsbury's. I punched in my details in the machine within Sainsbury's premises which further instructed me to wait near the customer services desk for the staff to bring my parcels. When I reached the customer services desk, a very "polite" lady asked me What is that I was looking for. I said I am there to collect a parcel to which she responded that "go and wait near the machine." I said that machine screen displayed a message to instruct me to go to the customer services desk. She literally extended her arm and touched my elbow brushing me aside saying that the machine is wrong and then "next please" to the customer behind me. My conversation with her was not yet over and being shooed away like this was the rudeness of the highest order which I never expected from a staff of Sainsbury's. She further told me to write to head quarters if I have any suggestions or feedback. Thankfully I do most of my shopping from Lidl and Morrisons where the staff is better behaved and courteous. Next time I shall remember not to give Sainsbury's as a collection point when I shop on eBay. If the management can reach out to me I can supply the name of this staff member also which I do not want to mention on the public forum. I normally don't leave negative reviews unless I am really hurt. And this time I am hurt and disappointed. Many thanks
