My dad took his car in for an M.O.T two days ago, he got a call from them today to inform him that the car has to be written off because THEY snapped a bolt & they can’t fix it so the car is too dangerous to drive!! It’s left my dad in a difficult situation, he’s the only one that drives in our family and my mum has recently broken her foot so needs a car!! This is disgusting. We can’t claim anything and we can’t even get a courtesy car. All they said was ‘sorry’ ARE YOU JOKING?! Sorry doesn’t buy our family a new car!!!! Do NOT use Kwik Fit Wallington!!! You’ve been warned!!
